You will receive a specialist training program tailored and designed specifically to reach your goal. This will be done in an easy-to-understand way via Microsoft Word. It will be then emailed to you to either print or save to a device you can work with. I will take into consideration any exercises you are not comfortable doing but I will expect this plan to be followed religiously as a lot of effort will be going into it and you. I will know by the results.
You will receive a nutrition plan specifically to what you are looking to achieve. Don’t worry as this won’t be as dense as you may expect. The plan will run in a way that once I’m happy that the macronutrients targets are hit and you’re within 100 calories of your target I set out the food choice is then flexible. You will receive a range of foods & meals that will be optimal for you. * Not a qualified nutritionist but becoming exceedingly educated in nutrition
You will receive 24-hour support via WhatsApp for anything at all. Any questions you have or any issues or even if it is just a chat to talk about how you have been finding the plan, I will always be available and will be only pleasured to go through whatever it may be or if you need an extra contact point you just drop me a message saying so. Everything has a solution.
All progress monitoring will be done with scales measurements and once I am happy with your condition, we can then move on to body fat. Calorie tracking will be done online or in person. I will set up the MyFitnessPal account for you to track calorie and macronutrient targets. I will be checking these twice weekly to ensure targets are met and I will be spending a considerable amount of time demonstrating and explaining how you log your foods and exercise on this app. Please note: when use correctly and with my help, this app is the most accurate way to track your intake.
