Finding my fitness

I got into fitness when I was 12 years old. My friend owned weights and ever since it all I've ever wanted to pursue. Over the years, I've accumulated a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of fitness which allows me to be the perfect mentor to others.

My favourite ways to exercise

I love to split my gym routines as I feel this is most effective and enjoyable for anyone seeking to do 3 or more gym days. This will include every major muscle group and changes every 6 weeks for me as it will for my clients. Each day consists of some sort of cardiovascular exercise at some stage throughout the day which allows me to be more flexible with my food.

My love for personal training

I love what I do because not only does it help one to better themselves but it also gives me a great sense of satisfaction and achievement when I see the difference it can make to someone's life. This is my way of life and this is the way of life I want my clients to have. Happy healthy and enjoying what you do.

My passion for helping people become fitter and healthier

I love the well-being, confidence and better quality of life that my program can give to people. I love the thank you messages I get when people are in the best shape they have been in years under my guidance. I love everything about my work and the results people get from it.

Other ways to stay fit and healthy

I love to surf, walk or go running. I'm a sport fanatic - you name a sport I play it. I have played Gaelic Football for the Limerick Minors. I competed on the popular RTE show Ireland's Fittest Family. I play alot of Gaelic Football, Hurling Soccer and Rugby. When I'm not playing it, I love to watch it. This was also a big help to me in pursueing my fitness career.

You can reserve a place at any given time, whatever package you purchase will start at the beginning of the following month.

I give my full undivided attention to my clients and so, availability is limited. Once places are full, it will be a drop off which can take months.

No experience is needed. We all began somewhere and funnily enough this is when most progress is made. I am here to mentor you and ensure you are fully capable and that you understand everything I put in place for you.

No, you do not. Meals can be as simple as you like. In most cases this is most effective as meals are also tailored. Only foods you enjoy will be in the plan.

It is very flexible. I am a firm believer in enjoying life. That does not mean you can do what you want. I will know by the results if you do not follow suit. I take my clients' progress very seriously and take pride in what I do so I do expect you to be honest and transparent in what you do.
